Apprentice

Norman Tumpkin received his formal dance training at Grand Valley State University receiving his BA in Dance Performance. Norman has performed with the Detroit Shock and AutomotionDance teams, Columbia City Ballet, Lexington Ballet, Washington Reflections Dance Company as well as Lucy Bowen McCauley Dance Company in Arlington VA. With the Met he has performed works by Kiki Lucas, jhon r. stronks, Kiesha Lalama-White, Jason McDole, and Julie Fox. He currently teaches throughout the Houston Area. Norman is very excited to be returning to the Met for his third season.
