was recently honored in Dance Magazine as one of the top 25 to watch in 2009.  Kiesha's most recent choreography projects include: stage direction and choreography of the National High School Musical Theater Awards in New York City, adance scene for the upcoming film Sorority Row, Patterns for the Youth America Grand Prix, which earned her an Outstanding Choreography Award, Let’s Play for Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, Going, Going, Gone, which was awarded a Leo’s Award for choreography at the 2007 Jazz Dance World Congress, Vicious Cycle for the Eisenhower Dance Ensemble, JOLT for the Houston Metropolitan Dance Company, Wonderfunk for Wright State University, and Auspicious Encounters and Rise for the Point Park University Dance Department.  Kiesha’s teaching credits include master classes and workshops for the following organizations:  Cirque Du Soleil, Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, The Houston Metropolitan Dance Company, Eisenhower Dance Ensemble, Oakland University, Carnegie Mellon University, Wright State University, and Chautauqua Regional Youth Ballet, Booker T. Washington H.S. for the Performing and Visual Arts, and Dance Educators of America.  Kiesha is currently pursuing an M.F.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College.  Upcoming projects include a new full-length work for Point Park University titled: The Bench.  Kiesha is a full-time Instructor with the Point Park University Conservatory of Performing Arts Dance Department and also serves as the Pittsburgh CLO Education Director. Of all these accomplishments, Kiesha is most grateful for the unconditional love and support of her husband, Roy and two amazing sons, Jake and Jax.  Kiesha will be setting a new work on the Houston Metropolitan Dance Comapny in March, 2010.
